Step 1
Registration- Once you have registered your details and needs our experienced members of staff will begin the search for your new home.
Step 2
Viewing- At the viewing one of our friendly members of staff will be on hand to answer any questions or queries you may have regarding the property.
Step 3
Reservation- To reserve your new home, you will be given an application form in which you will need to complete and return as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. The property will be reserved subject to references.
Step 4
Move in- Once you have been successful with your application and passed all necessary references, we will then arrange a suitable move in date.
We can also assist you with contents insurance, please do not hesitate to ask a member of staff for details prior your move in.
We will accompany you to the property where a schedule of condition will be carried out and then we will hand over the keys to your new home. Your deposit will be registered with the DPS keeping your secure
